Joanns Site Wont Let Me Continue to Review Order

Online order canceled due to sourcing
I have purchased from Joann.com multiple times. There are items online that aren't available in stores, or they are available, but not in stores near me (closest to me is 45 minutes away). They just cancelled my order due to sourcing product to their different fulfillment locations. It is upsetting because the items that they cancelled off of my order (my whole order) are showing they are still available to be shipped. It feels like it's false advertising and I'm not sure what I can order online anymore.

Horrible on line order experience.
I purchased on line minky fabric 2 yards of 2 different ones. The order arrived and it was heavy outdoor burlap fabric. I took it into the store. The first two digits in the item where wrong and they clearly saw their mistake. They refunded the money for the fabric, but refused to refund shipping of $7.00. I sew lots but will never on line order with them again. Fabric.com is my order spot. 001782 01 810734

Horrible customer service lines for…
Horrible customer service lines for online shipments. If I could give a Zero stars, I would. Will no longer be making online purchases because of this and the way they tie up the original purchase price and charge additional for each shipment then reverse the original billing charge. The attitudes on the phone lines are unacceptable! Train your associates on what empathy is!

Received what Joann calls chunky yarn
Received what Joann calls chunky yarn. NOT!! I received what looks like a shredded mess from the second hand store, the worse..frayed n furry. When try n make a blanket out of this ultra thin furry n frayed dont pull too Hard u will get a lot of fur. Its so thin u can see the thread.
First n last order. They suck. What a waste of money! Michaels it is. They sell good chunky yarn! NEVER AGAIN.

I tried using my gift card online multiple times and it said the card was applied but it was not at check out. I contacted customer service with no help. On top of this their prices are ridiculous snd they charge way too much for shipping which negates any coupon you will get. NO THANKS

I'd like to send a big kudos to Franscois at the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver, Co. He was very proactive from the moment I entered the fabric section offering his assistance politely without being too aggressive. Then at the time I encountered an issue with a previous overcharge on a purchase for which I provided a receipt, he remedied the problem satisfactorily and fairly. I asked his advise on coordinating two fabric choices for which he expertly gave his opinion. I agreed. I find his professionalism and management skills to be more than qualified for JoAnn's. Thank you to have such good and capable people!

Shipping time is terrible
2nd time I've ordered from joann.com and 2nd time it is taking over 2 weeks for delivery, still not received. FedEx actually says joann ships via smart post which transfers their packages to usps. Tracking info isn't updated anywhere after the first day. Customer service said please give it a little more time. The website is terribly glitchy too, be careful

I am giving 2 stars because I do like shopping in the JoAnn's stores for their selection. But I will NEVER EVER order anything online again from them. I ordered $60 worth of cake decorating supplies i needed for my business. The next day, I noticed that they not only charged me the $60, but held back another $100. They said it is their protocol to hold additional money while pending, but this was not explained anywhere clearly on their app as I put in my order. So when my card declined ordering pizza for my teenage helpers today and I only had $24 left in my account, I immediately called Joann's. They said that it takes 7 days to drop off. This is utter bull. Every other company I have ever ordered from has taken the amount agreed upon! What an inconvenience to shop online with JoAnns. I got punished for using their company. Never again.

Ledgewood store.
Went to the counter to have my lace cut and the manager said to me not to lean on the counter. I asked why?
First of all there is a plastic barrier in front of you.I don't know what her problem was! I didn't hear telling the other customer not lean her elbow on the counter. The other customer next to me was leaning but was not told not to.
I assumed that the manager is racist because I am Asian or simply ignorant!

Not a store that offers creative inspiration ✨…
The stores are usually cluttered and very messy. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a creative environment store. They are rude and snarky. Don't care to offer any help. I have spoken personally to mgmt at store level. I have sent reviews to corporate. I see zero improvement. It occurs to me that customer service is of little Importance to them. I find it very offensive.

I made a purchase for $241 not only did they not have my complete order but they charge me another $182 for a partial order but kept the $241 hold on my account which basically made a total hold/withdraw of $423 out of my account. which lead to bounced checks and over draft fees just the biggest headache ever. I had to jump through hoops to get stuff straightened out at my bank all because of Joann fabrics.

Didn't Receive Any of My Merchandise
Didn't receive any of my merchandise, customer service refused to offer refund or replacement.
Spent $110 on joann.com, and the package that arrived contained someone else's order. I called customer service and they said the best they could do was open an investigation with the postal service to find my missing items. First customer service rep hung up on me, the second one transferred me to a supervisor who confirmed that they don't offer refunds or item replacements. I politely said I was dissatisfied with their service and won't be shopping with them again, and the supervisor said she didn't care. Definitely shop elsewhere, this company doesn't care about customers and you may not receive the merchandise you pay for!
Update Edit: Their online customer service eventually responded and offered me a refund and apology. Also, I was able to find all the items I wanted from JoAnn's available at local businesses and some more reliable online retailers.

Beware
Beware, when you order online with a debit card, they will charge you twice. One is for an authorization and the other is the actual charge. So if you order $75.00 worth, $150.00 is out of your account for about 5 days. They don't credit the authorization until your items have been delivered. I haven't noticed any other company ever doing this. I'm going to use a gift card from now on.

Don't buy. Poor service
I would give 0 if I could. Ordered Holiday items they were late. They ship in multiple packages so unless you print out your order you have no clue then when they don't ship you have to fight for refund. Packages shipped in a plastic bag no padding all crushed. No resolution to multiple attempts to resolve. Good prices on junk doesn't make a happy customer. I'll pay more from a better company.

I believe the sales lady's name was Emma she was very helpful, kind and bubbly she also helped us find a coupon online which saved us Just about 50% off the price that we would've spent at Michael's me and my husband really appreciate if her customer service I'm not sure if she was a manager or not but she definitely deserves a raise for great customer service which is super hard to find these days

This Joanne's on redwood road in Taylorsville utah has the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a very long time, called to get an answer about their app that they wantyou to use because it doesn't work, was asked to hold why she preceded to tell her manager she had a difficult customer on the line then told me I had to find another way to fix the problem myself, call the district number, so I did they were very helpful took my order over the phone told how to maybe fix the problem with the app it didn't the app only works once in awhile. Just the worst customer service I've had in a long time

Online ordering a disappointment
I have ordered online twice from JoAnns. The first time I received a box with T-shirts that I never ordered and I did not receive my ordered items. They did refund my money. The second time I received notice that my package had been delivered but it was sent to In. and NOT Colorado. There is definitely something wrong with their online ordering. I will not be using them again.

Half order never came
Ordered 10 shirts November 28th. Received only 8 of them on Dec 3. Says 2 shipments... ok... but still says not shipped. Or anything except order is ready to go. I've emailed them twice and no reply, but they sure took my money for the whole order. All items were in stock when I ordered so not sure why they can't be sent together. Never order online for delivery you'll never receive half of your order and be charged for it.

Do NOT order from joanns
Joanns is absolutely no help to their customers if their is a problem with ordering. I honestly don't know why they even have customer service. I ordered almost $70 in yarn today and then realized they were sending it all to my old address. I called immediately to ask them to change the address. They refused to change the address as well as refusing to cancel my order. I did not just spend almost $70 to not receive my items or get my money back. Do NOT order from joanns online they will absolutely not help you. They say they are not happy until the customer is happy. That is a lie. I am NOT happy joanns.

Excellent Customer Service After The Sale!
I had a bad experience in the Youngstown, OH store that was made so much better by exceptional customer service. I had coupon codes on my app, and when I checked out the associate told me that they wouldn't work. She didn't even try. Several days later, I received a survey in my email about my transaction and I remarked about what happened. I was almost immediately contacted by the store manager who looked up my transaction and found out that I was in fact eligible for a discount. She credited my card and apologized for the situation.
